days.
these days（近頃は、最近は）はinをつけないのがふつう（inを用いるのは古風）ですが、修飾語句を伴う場合にはin these days of equality of the sexes（この男女平等の時代に）とかin these days of inflation（今日のようなインフレの時代に）のようにinを用います。
また、He has been sick in bed these five days.（彼はこの5日間病気で寝ている）というのはやや古風な言い方で、for the last/past five daysが一般的です。
enter

→ You are not allowed to enter at/by/through
the window.
「部屋に入る」というときには現代英語ではenterを他動詞として用い、* enter into a roomとは言いません（enter intoは比喩的な意味で用います）。
ただし、上の例（窓から入ることは許されていない）のように、入る際の入り口はat, by, throughといった前置詞を用いて示します。
なお、くだけた言い方ではenterの代わりにgo/come/get intoを用います。
evening

I will leave for New York on tomorrow evening.
→ I will leave for New York
tomorrow evening.
eveningの前置詞はふつうinを用いますが、特定の日の晩というときはon Sunday eveningとかon the evening of the 11thのように、onを用います。
ただし、this, tomorrow, yesterdayのような語を伴うときは副詞句の場合でも前置詞をつけません。
ちなみに、アメリカ英語では、eveningsの形で副詞的用法が容認されています。
They work evenings and Sundays.
fact

We admit the fact that an injustice has been done.
→ We admit that an injustice
has been done.
直接にthat節をとりえない動詞や前置詞のあとにthat節を用いたいときは、Despite the fact that he studied hard, he failed the exam.（彼はよく勉強したにもかかわらず、試験に失敗した）のように、factを入れthe fact that 〜 とします。
ただし、単にthat節だけですむところ（that節を直接従えることができる動詞の後）にthe fact that 〜 を用いるのはくどいので避けるのがふつうです。
far

The office is far from here.
→ The office is a long way from here.
farは単独では通例疑問文（Did you go far?）や否定文（He did not go far.）に用います。
肯定文では上の例（The office is a long way from here. = It is a long way to the office from here.）のように、通例a long wayを用います。
ただし、He lives far up the mountains.のように、副詞（so, quite, too, very, awayなど）や前置詞を伴うときには肯定文でも用います。
ちなみに、farは具体的な数字を表す名詞とともには用いられません。代わりにdistant, awayなどを用います。
The hotel is two miles distant/away from the station.
